ABRAHAM ANGHIK RUBEN: Myths, Stories, Legends.
Kipling Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of an exhibition by Abraham Anghik. “I remember sitting around the fire at night with our father, listening with rapt attention to the many stories he loved recounting, exciting our imaginations. These are the images of those stories.” ---Abraham Anghik.
The works will be on display from October 2nd to December 7th. The official opening will take place on November 27, 2008.

Bernice Fenwick Martin was born on July 7, 1902, in Shelbourne, Ontario. In the 1920s and 30s, she studied at the Ontario College of Art under J. W. Beatty and Franklin Carmichael. As a painter and graphic artist, her subjects include landscapes, market scenes, village life, and still life. Her work is in the collection of the National Gallery of Canada....More info
